My present career mostly consists of staying home, taking care, changing diapers, running to the grocery store, making quick dinners while trying to look somewhat presentable to the world and myself. You know, when you're so busy that a glance in the mirror inevitably forces you to become your biggest self-critic. Where has the glamour gone? Well, that my friends, is certainly there, but the jeans and cute tops have made a rather 'special' spot in my wardrobe.
I say special, since I am still working on approving myself to using that 'spot' like my old self again. As of right now, my pj's and tees work wonders for me until I am ready to accept luxury back into my life.

I do make an effort in deciding the pj's and tees I'll wear. I will never just randomly wear anything. Oh no. I haven't reached that extent and I never will. The truth is, your taste in fashion, whether it's just wearing pajama's or a plastic bag, should not suffer because of the drastic change in lifestyle. And no, I am not at all inspired by the extreme 'fashion' choices of Lady Gaga. However, I do admire her courageous attitude for expressing herself the way she feels while creating a bizarre momentum - "oh, today I feel like meat". Well, why not?

I own some of these pj's and as a regular wearer of Gilligan, I must say, I am very much pleased by the overall feel and look of their pj's and lounge pants. Target has done some good.

Graphic tees like the ones in Express are perfect to wear over pj's at home. As long as they have a sweet design and don't come over as 'too graphic', one can definitely wear them as sleep/lounge tees while not looking dull and boring.

My favorite store Urban Outfitters carries the most comfy and original tees and sweatshirts. For the riskier ones in you, I dare you to wear the second tee on the right. ;) All in fun! Great for a sleep-over with the girls. And Mickey never gets old.
